Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Hoodoo Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at dkrcoffee@gmail.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us at dkrcoffe@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review your claim and work with you to find a resolution.
